The entrance to the Deep Lilypads Cave Cache is found within the lower section of this biome. Spoiler alert: The following section contains story related material. A Squidshark is found within this area, and Squidshark eggs can be found in small coves within the lower chamber. ![]() It works just as well in Subnautica: Below Zero as it did in the original game, and Shadow Leviathans still cant handle the sheer POWER of the Drill Arm. This area sports significantly more cave flowers, and unlike the upper level, the floor is coated entirely with pollen. For any experienced Subnautica players, this combination is the most flawless method to eradicate Leviathans. Assessment: Essential for advanced fabrication. It is resistant to heat up to 1100 degrees Celcius, and is thermoelectric, making it a valuable component of thermal power plants. ![]() The biome's lower chamber is the less compact region of the two chambers. Kyanite is a blue silicate mineral which forms under high temperature, high pressure conditions. Gold Trivalve Eggs can be found in a small cave within the area. Furthermore, two tunnels, with one of the tunnels diverging into two, connect this chamber to the biome’s lower chamber. On the way down, you can find magnetite on the wall. It is, there's an entrance to a cave below it, kinda tight, that descend like 300-400 meters max. You gonna need a rebreather and a seatruck, tho. Smaller species of flora also dot the terrain. There is this cave, right under a point of interest in the area (not spoiling). This “annular” outer cave region is heavily dotted with flora, including patches of Cave Flowers and clusters of Hanging Plants. Additionally, the central area sports several tunnels that branch out into an outer cave surrounding it. It possesses a central area characterized by the floating landmass located overhead, as well as the absence of pollen that is found throughout the rest of the biome’s floor. The upper chamber contains the route to and from the Lilypad Islands. Drive close enough you can get the items out of the Spy Penglings storage, and pack. Return to Robin quickly before hypothermia sets in. The biome’s accessibility is due to the landmass lifted by numerous Lilypads from above, subsequently forming a narrow crevice leading down to the area. There is also some Magnetite in this cavern if you need it. Magnetite can be found as alarge resource deposit. The biome possesses rocky terrain, littered with pollen spewed from the Cave Flowers found exclusively within the area. Unfortunately for new players, Subnautica: Below Zero doesnt offer much guidance in building a good. The Deep Lilypads Cave is a large split level cave, heavily illuminated by a majority of its flora. The area is dominated by a large flora species known as the Grand Cotton Anemone. This location is relatively safe and can be reached. The Deep Lilypads Cave is a biome in Subnautica: Below Zero that is located beneath the Lilypad Islands. In this updated Subnautica Below Zero guide, I will show you one of the best locations where you will find a large amount of Magnetite.
